Shipping & Handling

• All contiguous U.S. orders over $50.00 receive free ground shipping.

• Flat rate shipping is based on destination and starts at $8.50
  

• Rush service is available at additional charge, depending on distance and service level
  

DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS.

Returns

We will accept returns within 14 days of delivery of your package. Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags attached. Refunds are contingent upon inspection of the item once we receive it.  We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if merchandise received is not in its original condition or outside the 14 day policy.  Please include a copy of your packing slip. Refunds will be issued to the card used to make the purchase.

Gift receipt returns are for exchange or store credit only.

Holiday gifts purchased between November 1st and December 24th may be exchanged or returned for store credit until January 15th.

Special orders are final sale and may not be exchanged or returned.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items in perfect condition with price tags attached if your size is available.

The most effective way to make an exchange is to purchase the size and color you need online. We will credit the original purchase when your return arrives at our returns department.  Shipping charges are on us! Simply write exchange in the comment section box on the checkout page and we will deduct the shipping charges upon shipment.

International and Canadian Orders

We are not currently accepting orders outside the continental United States.

Multiple Orders

When two or more orders are placed within 24 hours, we will combine the orders into one so there is only one shipping charge

Sales Tax

New York customers will be charged sales tax as determined by New York state law.

Price Adjustments

We will not make retroactive adjustments to merchandise purchased prior to a sale.
